I've watched a number of TED videos in the past, and it's almost always good stuff. Slowing down is important. Just watch your kids sometimes, they know how. I am naturally a fast walker. I feel like I have so much to get done in a day, so I try to get to certain places quicker (my desk, printer, supply closet, etc.) Sometimes I think, boy I can't keep doing this all my life.
