I understand that this is a fiercely competitive market with a number of products crowding a clearly identifiable segment and there are also in house developed systems for chains. What would make this stand out in the crowd?

I think with so many softwares doing the round it is really important that the quality is maintained. Well if this one is cost effective I might as well give it a try.

I have heard of them before and they are a reliable firm.

Hotel softwares can be very tricky like any other software if you dont choose them right and I think this is something that I keep in mind all the time.
