Job Repository

Today I stumbled upon one of the best online careers and recruitment resource - Canada’s leading career management portal.
Monster.ca has close to 3 million unique visitors per month, almost as much as online resumes and more than 25000 entries on their job listing – these figures make it Canada’s most recognized on-line career brand. Not to mention that it is part of the Monster Worldwide network operating in 36 countries all over the world.

If you want to find a job or if you are an employee just-looking for a better job in Canada and not only, create your monster account, post your resume (you can build it online, upload a MS Word resume or copy-paste it) and start searching for your dream job. While you do that, make sure you check the career advice and information pages as well.

If you are an employer, you can access powerful online hiring tools and solutions developed along 10 years of experience. All you have to do is to post jobs and wait for lots of resumes to review or to directly find candidates by searching through an impressive database.

Another nice thing that I noticed about it is the use of different subdomains for the site sections, which gave me the impression of a well-organized business that it’s here to help you.

Good luck!

We have Monster here in the UK. The only problem with them is the fact that I’ve never had a response to a job I applied for directly through them.

It’s very popular in London, but doesn’t seem to be anywhere else.
